KAUNAS PHOTO 2020. “The European Way without red. 1990-08-23” by Mindaugas Kavaliauskas at the Lazdijai Region Museum

As a part of the 17th KAUNAS PHOTO festival’s program “Peripheral Visions” in Lazdijai and commemorating the 30th anniversary of the “European Way”, from 24 August until 18 September 2020 the Lazdijai Region Museum (Seinų St. 29, Lazdijai) hosted an exhibition by Mindaugas Kavaliauskas (Lithuania) “The European Way without red. 1990-08-23” about the huge Sąjūdis rally on the Lithuanian-Polish border in 1990 in commemoration of Black Ribbon Day, August 23rd.
